TrackWizz Welcomes “Pillars of India's Financial Ecosystem” at GFF25

The Global Fintech Fest (GFF) 2025, held from October 7-9 at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai, was a vibrant hub of innovation under the theme "Empowering Finance for a Better World Powered by AI." The event, which brought together regulators, innovators, and leaders from over 100 countries, provided a powerful platform for our TrackWizz team to showcase cutting-edge compliance solutions.

We were deeply honored to host Shri Sanjay Malhotra, Hon’ble Governor of Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Shri Nandan Nilekani, Co-founder and Non-Executive Chairman of Infosys, and Shri Ajay Kumar Choudhary, Non-Executive Chairman and Independent Director of the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) at our booth. Their presence was a testament to the trust and long-standing partnership we have built with our clients. It is this shared vision of fighting financial crime and driving compliance innovation that has continually inspired us and made it possible for our team to reach a level where such influential leaders have graced us with their presence.

Our Solutions Driving a Secure Financial Ecosystem

Our CEO Sagar Tanna alongwith the subject matter experts from Trackwizz, presented to them a comprehensive suite of products designed to address key challenges in financial crime prevention, digital inclusion, and systemic security. Our showcase revolved around three primary solution areas, highlighting how TrackWizz is helping to build a more robust financial ecosystem.

1. Financial Crime and Risk Mitigation:
Our flagship product, TrackWizz Transaction Monitoring & Screenzaa, is a robust anti-money laundering (AML) compliance platform. It utilizes over 150 monitoring scenarios and real-time intelligence to combat financial crimes. Screenzaa’s multi-tenant architecture and its ability to screen over 250 million customers daily are crucial for maintaining the integrity of India's large-scale digital payment systems. We also showcased the Financial Fraud Risk Indicator (FRI) and Mobile Number Revocation List (MNRL), two data feeds accessible via our Digital Intelligence Platform (DIP). The FRI identifies and classifies high-risk mobile numbers associated with cybercrime, while the MNRL helps financial institutions clean customer databases and prevent fraud from reallocated numbers. Additionally, our Internet Due Diligence (IDD) platform provides social media-centric intelligence by scanning over 1,000 websites to help with early risk detection and investigation.

2. Digital Onboarding and CKYC Solutions:
These solutions streamline the customer journey by leveraging the Central KYC Registry (CKYCR) to provide a seamless, paperless experience. Our platforms reduce the burden of manual data entry and perform real-time fraud checks, aligning with the "Digital India" vision. We also showcased TrackWizz Re-KYC, which efficiently manages the re-KYC process by reconciling customer data with the CKYCR, often completing the process without requiring customer intervention.

Aligning with India's Financial Leadership

Our CEO Sagar Tanna alongwith team TrackWizz presented these solutions by demonstrating how they align with the critical priorities of India's financial leaders, as outlined by their recent focus areas and mandates.

Shri Sanjay Malhotra, Hon’ble Governor of Reserve Bank of India (RBI)

Recognizing Shri Malhotra's focus on macro-level stability, systemic risk mitigation, and financial inclusion, we presented our solutions as tools that could support the RBI's mandate. We demonstrated how TrackWizz Transaction Monitoring & Screenzaa's ability to handle high-volume screenings helps regulated entities stay ahead of evolving financial crime threats. The walkthrough of our FRI and MNRL solutions highlighted a proactive approach to fighting digital fraud and enhancing customer protection, both key concerns for the central bank.

Shri Nandan Nilekani, Co-founder & Chairman of Infosys

Given his instrumental role in building India's digital public infrastructure through the Aadhaar initiative, we showcased how our Digital Onboarding & CKYC Solutions build upon that foundation. Our presentation highlighted how the seamless, paperless onboarding process not only improves efficiency but also aligns with his vision for a secure, inclusive financial future. The demonstration focused on how our platforms integrate with existing digital infrastructure to create a catalyst for economic growth and wider financial inclusion.

Shri Ajay Kumar Choudhary, Non-Executive Chairman and Independent Director, NPCI

In light of Shri Choudhary's advocacy for responsible AI governance and initiatives to expand financial inclusion through UPI, we showcased how our solutions could strengthen the integrity of India's payment infrastructure. We demonstrated how Screenzaa's multi-tenant architecture is uniquely suited to the high-volume nature of digital payments. We also highlighted the significance of our FRI and MNRL solutions in proactively identifying and mitigating digital fraud, a constant threat in the payments space, reaffirming the shared goal of making payments both convenient and secure for every Indian.

The Road Ahead

Our interactions at GFF25 were a powerful validation of our mission and a clear signal of the direction the industry is heading. TrackWizz's presence allowed us to showcase how our solutions are helping to solve some of the biggest challenges in compliance, from customer onboarding and monitoring to governance and regulatory alignment. The insights we received will be instrumental in shaping our future roadmap, ensuring our solutions continue to be at the forefront of the fintech revolution.
