Disclosure 360 product launch
The "Disclosure 360" launch, themed 'Fighting Financial Crime the New Way', was held on 23rd July 2024 at the Sofitel Hotel, BKC, it drew an impressive audience of 335 senior professionals, including representatives from 123 client institutions within the BFSI industry.
We were honored to have Shri Sivasubramanian Ramann as our Chief Guest who served as Chairman and MD of the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) until April 2024, is the former MD and CEO of National E-governance Services Ltd (NeSL) and has also held the esteemed role of Principal Accountant General for Jharkhand.
Our Guest of Honour was Padmaja Chunduru, MD and CEO of NSDL. With over 30 years of experience in banking and regulatory services across India and the USA, she is a highly accomplished financial services leader.
The event commenced with a welcome speech by our Director and CFO, Chandrakant Tanna, followed by a corporate AV. This was followed by an engaging session titled “Digital KYC: Have We Reached the Finish Line?” conducted by our CEO Sagar Tanna, along with our CTO Malay Shah. Our Chief Guest, Shri Sivasubramanian Ramann, then delivered an inspiring keynote address.
Next, Mr. Ashish Rathi, Director at HDFC Securities, delivered an insightful session on "Navigating the Hurdles of Disclosure."
The highlight of the evening was the launch of our new product, "Disclosure 360", under our newly established subsidiary, Disclosure 360 Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Shri Sivasubramanian Ramann and our CFO, Chandrakant Tanna, had the honor of unveiling the platform.
Disclosure 360 Platform was revealed through a captivating video presentation, followed by a detailed product showcase led by our CEO, Sagar Tanna, along with Arpit Thakkar (Product Lead), Govind Agarwal (Sr. Developer), and Kernels Kankipati (Sr. Manager Business Solution).
