TrackWizz, a product suite by TSS Consultancy, recently hosted a closed-door event, "Fighting Financial Crime: Battle of KYC & Due Diligence," at the prestigious Sofitel La Grande Maison in Mumbai on Thursday, September 18th. This carefully curated evening welcomed around 250 of our valued clients, providing a private platform to highlight our solutions for navigating a complex regulatory landscape. The strong attendance and enthusiastic client feedback underscored the relevance of our product platform, meticulously designed to tackle fragmentation and inefficiency in compliance operations.
The event was held in direct response to the recent RBI mandate on KYC updates, which provides a major relief for customers but presents a new set of technological challenges for financial institutions. For banks, the challenge is to automate the complex process of obtaining secure customer consent and seamlessly matching new CKYC data with existing records—a task that is inefficient with manual or fragmented legacy systems.
The central theme of the event was to show how Trackwizz has developed the technology to get banks equipped for this process in minimal time. Mr. Sagar Tanna, a key leader at Trackwizz, took the audience through a detailed stage demonstration on how to tackle this challenge head-on with a clear vision of transitioning from manual processes to automated, unified solutions.
Mr. Tanna's live stage demonstration provided a clear view of how our tools function to address critical compliance pain points. The product demonstrations, all powered by the "Power of one" integrated platform, included an in-depth look at:
The evening also provided attendees with a glimpse into the future of RegTech with a live demonstration of the new Internet Due Diligence (IDD) product. A QR code was displayed for attendees to scan, initiating an automated WhatsApp chat that guided them through a real-time background check. This tool is designed to help with initial screening and fraud reduction.
Dr. John Mathews (DBA, CAMS, CM-IRM) invited the guest of honor, Shri Sivasubramanian Ramann (IA & AS), Chairperson PFRDA and former CMD of SIDBI, on stage for a highlight address of the evening. He discussed the fusion of law, technology, and public policy, urging the audience to consider morality alongside legality. Highlighting regulators’ need for constant evolution, he praised ethical companies like Trackwizz and commended India’s landmark financial sector decisions that have made the country one of the safest for capital markets.
Following the stage and IDD demonstrations, guests were invited to visit dedicated solution stalls in the hall. Here, they experienced the platform's capabilities firsthand, interacting directly with Subject Matter Experts to understand the practical applications of the technology. These stalls provided detailed information and deep dives into all solutions, including Disclosure 360, which was available for in-depth discussion on its function to simplify insider trading disclosures and manage Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, ensuring compliance with SEBI and IRDAI regulations.
After attending an exquisite Indian classical music performance, our clients explored the product stalls and then concluded the evening with dinner and mocktails. The event successfully showcased our commitment to providing market-specific solutions that simplify compliance and fight financial crime. Client feedback and testimonials praised the effectiveness of our technology and the responsiveness of our customer success team, highlighting that our solutions deliver tangible value to their daily operations.
By showcasing its deep understanding of the local regulatory landscape and its commitment to being a genuine, long-term partner, Trackwizz reinforced its position as a leader in India's dynamic RegTech market.
