Admin Executive | Mumbai City

Job Description as follows :


  • Oversee and coordinate daily office activities and operations to ensure smooth functioning, efficiency, and compliance with company policies across all branches in Mumbai/Lower Parel.
  • Organize, compile, and maintain accurate company records and documentation, ensuring they are regularly updated.
  • Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and organization of the office, addressing any daily requirements or concerns.
  • Supervise and guide administrative staff, delegating tasks and responsibilities to maintain high levels of performance and productivity.
  • Monitor office supply levels, keep track of stock, and place orders when necessary to ensure availability of essential supplies.
  • Provide support and assistance to colleagues and teams, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Perform other duties and administrative tasks as required by management or based on business needs.
  • Track and monitor all AMC contracts.
  • Ensure all preparations are made for incoming guests and events.

Required Skills:

  • 7-8 Years of experience in relevant field
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Basic analytical skills to assess and resolve issues, as well as improve office operations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in record-keeping and task execution.
  • Proven administration skills with a solid understanding of office management best practices.
