Job Description as follows :
Oversee and coordinate daily office activities and operations to ensure smooth functioning, efficiency, and compliance with company policies across all branches in Mumbai/Lower Parel.
Organize, compile, and maintain accurate company records and documentation, ensuring they are regularly updated.
Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and organization of the office, addressing any daily requirements or concerns.
Supervise and guide administrative staff, delegating tasks and responsibilities to maintain high levels of performance and productivity.
Monitor office supply levels, keep track of stock, and place orders when necessary to ensure availability of essential supplies.
Provide support and assistance to colleagues and teams, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Perform other duties and administrative tasks as required by management or based on business needs.
Track and monitor all AMC contracts.
Ensure all preparations are made for incoming guests and events.
Required Skills:
7-8 Years of experience in relevant field
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
Basic analytical skills to assess and resolve issues, as well as improve office operations.
Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in record-keeping and task execution.
Proven administration skills with a solid understanding of office management best practices.
